For this extremely fruity liqueur, the widespread variety of Femminello lemon is mainly used in Italy. 

It is characterized by a cherry pink color, by an abundant and persistent foam, and by a fine perlage. The nose gives off strong floral sensations, accompanied by notes of small red fruits, on which the currant and wild strawberries stand out. On the palate it is fresh, delicate and harmonious.

It is a creamy liqueur,  pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content,  characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio.
